** Our electrical is 30 Amp for seasonal guests. The use of air conditioners is NOT permitted. Also, NO washer/dryers are allowed!

 -Spots are cable & phone ready, but you have to contact those companies directly to set up service

 -Each site has its own meter, which will be  read at the beginning of each month

 -No aggressive animals or humans are allowed in the park.

 -Tenants must make their own arrangements for mail

All seasonal tenants must leave the park by October 31st

Seasonal Prices for 2025:

$175.00/week for 2 people & 2 cars; No additional people, no additional cars, (boats on trailers count as a vehicle)

              *MAXIMUM 2 people per space

              $7.00/week for each dog  (limit 2 dogs, 30lb each max)

              $600.00 deposit
